Spreading God’s word is central to all the work of CHI, although some projects deliver the message in a far more obvious way than others. There is no doubt however, that the support provided for YOUTH MISSION delivers in an obvious and effective way.
From annual camps, to weekly meetings these young people, whose lives are so hard, are counselled and taught practical skills alongside God’s word, they are fed physically and spiritually, they are welcomed and given the opportunity to come to know a great God who loves them whatever their circumstances. Ultimately they are given hope for this life and the next.
We are always encouraged by the number who give their lives to Christ, sometimes converting from other faiths, and are humbled when we see these young people leading worship with a maturity well beyond their years.
Your donations enable the purchase of scripture materials, food and many other essentials to ensure these youngsters are nurtured and given the rare opportunity to simply have fun with their friends.

After two and a half years of diligent service to CHI, Joff has moved on to pastures new. His IT skills and patience have been sorely tested by our antiquated systems (and probably by the antiquated staff!!) But our new logo, database and website are testimony to his hard work and we wish him every success for the future.
